Aura Lux Trips acts only as a travel agent, connecting clients with third-party service providers like airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour guides.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, injuries, delays, or damages caused by these providers or by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
While we strive to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors on our website or in promotional materials.
All experiences, inclusions, and prices are subject to change based on availability and market fluctuations.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Final payments must be made by the due date mentioned in your invoice.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified and are subject to change until fully paid.
Cancellations: Cancellation charges vary based on the package. Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting applicable fees.
Amendments: Any changes requested after booking may attract additional fees and are subject to availability.
Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended. Aura Lux Trips is not responsible for costs arising from delays, cancellations, or emergencies.
Health & Conduct: You must disclose any medical issues prior to booking. Aura Lux Trips reserves the right to refuse services in cases of misbehavior or safety concerns.

Passport & Visa: Clients are responsible for holding valid passports and securing necessary visas before travel.
Vaccinations & Health Documents: You must comply with health regulations, including vaccinations and COVID-related documentation, as per destination rules.
Accuracy of Details: It is your responsibility to provide accurate names and information. Any errors in documents caused by incorrect data will not be the responsibility of Aura Lux Trips.
Travel Permits: Some locations may require additional entry permits. We'll advise you, but you must ensure all documents are in place before departure.
